Refund and Returns Policy

At Arte Rojo STL, every item is carefully selected and many products are handmade by artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we are always willing to work with our customers to find a fair solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Handmade items
• Custom or personalized products
• Sale items
• Worn or used merchandise

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and may offer one of the following solutions:

• Replacement item
• Store credit
• Partial refund
• Discount on a future purchase

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Handmade Variations

Please note that slight imperfections, variations in embroidery, colors, sizing, or craftsmanship are normal characteristics of handmade artisan products and are not considered defects.
