Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During holidays, sales events, or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Many of our products are handmade by artisans in Mexico, which means some items may require additional preparation time before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship within the United States and select international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Arte Rojo STL is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
